Summary
This study looked at 128 kidney transplant patients with chronic graft dysfunction and anemia. Researchers compared two different hemoglobin levels to see which one better improved quality of life after 6 months and slowed kidney function decline over 24 months. The goal was to find the best target for managing anemia in these patients.
