Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (anastrozole and palbociclib) in postmenopausal women with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective as a first treatment or as ongoing therapy after initial chemotherapy. About 40 women will participate, and the study focuses on side effects and how long the cancer is controlled.
