Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called AMT-253 for people with advanced melanoma or other solid tumors that have spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The study aims to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors in patients who have already tried standard treatments that stopped working. It will involve about 96 participants at multiple medical centers.
