Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AMT-253 in people with advanced melanoma or other solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Participants must have already tried at least one standard treatment without success. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and to check for side effects. The trial has two phases: first finding the right dose, then testing how well it works.
