New wound graft could speed healing of diabetic foot ulcers
NCT ID NCT06420245
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a special amniotic membrane graft (Orion™) to standard wound care helps diabetic foot ulcers heal faster in people aged 50-85. About 240 participants will be split into two groups: one gets standard care alone, the other gets standard care plus the graft. The main goal is to see if more ulcers close completely within 12 weeks.
