Summary
This study aims to find the best way to treat a specific type of leukemia (AML) in children who also have Down syndrome. It will test a standardized, four-part chemotherapy plan across multiple hospitals in Russia. The goal is to help these children live longer, healthier lives by carefully balancing the power of the drugs against their potential side effects.
