Summary
This study tests a chemotherapy plan designed specifically for children (0-18 years) with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and Down syndrome. The goal is to improve survival while reducing harsh side effects by using lower drug doses. About 100 children in Russia will receive four rounds of chemo, and researchers will track how well they respond and how safe the treatment is.
