Summary
This study tests a chemotherapy plan designed specifically for children (0-18 years) with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and Down syndrome. The goal is to improve survival while reducing harsh side effects by using lower doses of chemotherapy drugs. About 100 children in Russia will take part, receiving four cycles of treatment over several months.
