New drug aims to stop hidden cancer cells before tumors form
NCT ID NCT06617858
Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called AMB-05X for people with colorectal cancer who have finished their main treatment and have no visible tumors, but still have a positive blood test indicating tiny amounts of leftover cancer. The goal is to see if AMB-05X can clear these hidden cancer cells from the blood, which could help prevent the cancer from returning. The study will enroll 15 participants to check the drug's safety and its effect on cancer recurrence over two years.
