First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looked at how people with Alzheimer's disease search for objects in realistic scenes and real-life settings. Researchers tracked eye movements to understand which parts of attention and memory are impaired. The goal was to link these visual difficulties to problems with everyday activities like cooking or cleaning. 48 participants took part, including Alzheimer's patients and healthy older adults.
