Summary

This study looks at whether people with Alzheimer's disease have more trouble swallowing than healthy older adults. Researchers will test swallowing, coughing, and muscle strength in 240 participants, and ask caregivers about their experiences. The goal is to better understand how swallowing problems develop and affect daily life.
