Race to stop Alzheimer's before it starts in High-Risk families

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug, remternetug, to see if it can prevent or slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease in people who carry a genetic mutation that causes the disease but do not yet have any symptoms. The trial will involve 280 participants who are 18 or older and are 11 to 25 years away from their predicted age of symptom onset. Researchers will use brain scans and other tests to measure if the drug successfully reduces the buildup of amyloid protein, a key marker of Alzheimer's, over two years.
