Summary
This study is testing the safety of an experimental nasal spray called Foralumab in people with early Alzheimer's disease. The spray aims to reduce harmful inflammation in the brain by targeting the immune system. Sixteen participants will use the spray three times a week for eight weeks while researchers monitor their health and perform brain scans.
