Could a simple blood test track Alzheimer's treatment?
NCT ID NCT07153848
Summary
This study aims to see if specific blood tests can accurately track how well the Alzheimer's drug lecanemab is working. Researchers will observe 400 patients in China with early Alzheimer's who are already taking lecanemab. They will collect blood samples and brain scans over 18 months to check if changes in blood markers match changes seen in the brain.
