Hope for families: drug trial targets inherited Alzheimer's

Summary
This study tests whether experimental drugs can slow down memory and thinking problems in people who have a genetic mutation that causes Alzheimer's disease. About 490 adults aged 18-80 with a family history of early-onset Alzheimer's will receive either the study drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug can preserve cognitive function and improve brain health markers.
