Summary
This study tests whether a drug called XBD173 can improve blood flow in the brains of people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease. About 51 participants will take the drug or a placebo twice daily for 28 days. Researchers will use MRI scans and blood tests to measure changes in brain function and blood vessel health.
