Summary

This study looks at proteins in spinal fluid and blood to help diagnose Alzheimer's disease more accurately. Researchers will test 3,200 people, including those with Alzheimer's, mild memory problems, other dementias, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to find the best cutoff values for these protein tests to tell Alzheimer's apart from other conditions.
