Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called ALXN2050 in adults with kidney inflammation caused by lupus (lupus nephritis) or IgA nephropathy. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited. About 100 people were expected to join, and the drug was given alongside standard care.
