Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether alternating two targeted chemotherapy drugs—sacituzumab govitecan and trastuzumab deruxtecan—can help people with HER2-low triple-negative breast cancer that has spread. About 260 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the alternating combo or sacituzumab govitecan alone. The main goal is to see if the alternating approach improves overall survival.
