Summary
This study enrolls 600 adults who have a close relative with ALS or carry an ALS-related gene. Over three years, researchers will collect blood samples, speech recordings, and health surveys to track early changes. The goal is to build a rich database that helps scientists better understand and eventually detect ALS earlier.
