Tracking the silent start of ALS in families

Summary
This study aims to understand how ALS begins and progresses in people who carry a gene for the disease but don't yet have symptoms. Researchers will follow 300 healthy family members of ALS patients over time, offering genetic counseling and testing. The goal is to gather information that could help develop future treatments to prevent or slow down ALS.
