Summary
This study follows 300 family members of people with inherited ALS who do not yet have symptoms. Researchers provide genetic counseling and testing, then track participants yearly to see when and how early signs of the disease appear. The goal is to gather information that will help scientists develop ways to prevent or treat ALS in the future.
