NCT ID NCT04494256
Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called BIIB105 in adults with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). The drug was designed to lower levels of a protein linked to the disease and was given via spinal injection. The main goals were to check the drug's safety and see if it could slow the worsening of symptoms like muscle strength and breathing.
