Scientists hunt for ALS fingerprint in blood
NCT ID NCT07334743
Summary
This study aims to find biological markers in the blood that could indicate the presence of ALS. Researchers will compare blood samples from 30 people with ALS and 30 healthy volunteers, looking for differences in tiny particles released by nerve cells. The goal is to find tools that could help test future ALS treatments more quickly and safely.
