Summary

This study collects blood and spinal fluid samples from 100 people with ALS or similar neurodegenerative disorders, as well as their spouses or partners. The samples are stored in a biobank for future research to find biomarkers that could help understand or diagnose these diseases. No treatment is given; the goal is to gather resources for later studies.
