Summary

This study is testing a new treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors place tiny radioactive seeds directly into the tumor to deliver a strong dose of radiation. The main goals are to see if this procedure is safe and practical to perform, and to check for any early signs that it might help control the cancer.
