Summary

This study looks at whether eating almonds after a workout helps muscles recover and grow stronger compared to eating a cereal bar. Sixty healthy adults who do light exercise will follow an 8-week weight training program. Researchers will measure muscle soreness, damage, and strength changes to see if almonds make a difference.
