Summary
This study tests whether alendronate, a drug used for osteoporosis, can prevent pelvic fractures in 65 cervical cancer patients who have had chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to see if the drug keeps bones strong and reduces pain, improving quality of life. Participants will take alendronate and be monitored for side effects and bone health over time.
