New stroke drug shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug, Aleeto, to see if it helps people recover better after a moderate to severe stroke. About 192 adults who have had a stroke within the last 72 hours will receive either Aleeto or a placebo. The main goal is to measure changes in stroke-related disability after 14 days.
