Stem Cell-Derived drug offers new hope for stroke recovery

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called Aleeto can help people recover better after a moderate to severe stroke. Aleeto is made from stem cell particles and is given through an IV for about two weeks. Researchers will compare it to a placebo in 192 patients to see if it improves movement, thinking, and daily function while being safe.
