This study tests whether ultrasound-guided alcohol sclerotherapy can reduce pelvic pain and improve quality of life in women aged 18-45 with ovarian endometriomas. Participants are randomly assigned to receive the procedure or no treatment (expectant management) and are followed for 6 months.
