NCT ID NCT07214259

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a recovery coach and an online sober community can help people who have had a liver transplant stay away from alcohol. About 40 adults who received a liver transplant in the last 5 years and have a history of alcohol use disorder will take part. Half will get standard care plus a recovery coach, and the other half will also get access to a digital sober community app. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for long-term recovery.
