Summary

This study tests whether personalized, machine-learning-generated messages can help people with alcohol use disorder reduce heavy drinking and stay on track. About 416 adults who recently stopped drinking will use a recovery app and complete surveys over 4 months. The goal is to see if these messages improve health and reduce the chance of relapse.
