Summary
This study tests whether giving albumin, a protein found in blood, along with standard clot-removal treatment helps people recover better after a severe stroke. About 1,200 adults aged 18-80 with a specific type of stroke will be enrolled. The goal is to see if more people can live independently 90 days later.
