Could a simple protein boost recovery after a major stroke?

Summary
This study tests whether giving albumin, a protein found in blood, along with standard clot-removal treatment helps people recover better from a severe stroke. About 1,200 adults aged 18-80 with a large-vessel stroke in the front part of the brain will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve independence or return to their previous function 90 days after treatment.
