New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, AL8326 and toripalimab, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or have no other options. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 228 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
