Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug, AKB-9090, in about 70 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, given through a vein, in either a single dose or multiple doses over time. The main goal is to check for side effects and changes in vital signs, lab tests, and heart activity.
