Summary

This study tested the safety of an experimental drug called AK1967 (Procizumab) in healthy men. The drug is being developed as a potential treatment for cardiogenic shock, a life-threatening heart condition. Researchers gave single doses to 24 healthy male volunteers to check for side effects and see how the drug moves through the body.
