Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug, AK138D1, alone or with another drug (ivonescimab) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and shrinks tumors. About 265 adults aged 18-75 with stage IIIB/IV cancer will take part.
