Summary

This study tests a new drug called AK138D1, given alone or with another drug (ivonescimab), in people with advanced breast cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink tumors. About 286 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part. This is an early-stage trial, so the focus is on safety and finding the right dose, not on a cure.
