First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called AK112, combined with chemotherapy, works better than the standard treatment (bevacizumab plus chemotherapy) for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread. About 560 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease will take part. The goal is to see if the new combination can delay cancer growth and improve survival.
