Summary

This study tests if an immunotherapy drug (AK104) given as a shot under the skin works as well as the same drug given through an IV drip, when both are combined with chemotherapy. About 422 people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery will take part. The goal is to see if the shot is a safe and effective option that is easier for patients.
