New brain zapping technique aims to quiet nerve pain

Summary

This study tests a new, faster type of brain stimulation (called AiTBS) to see if it relieves nerve pain better than the standard method. 120 adults with long-term nerve pain will receive either AiTBS or standard stimulation over 10 days. Researchers will measure pain levels and brain activity changes to find the best approach.
