Summary
This study is testing a 2-year mobile health program designed to help young, active-duty Air Force personnel prevent weight gain. It will enroll 350 participants who will use a smartphone app and a Fitbit activity tracker to receive guidance on diet and exercise. The goal is to provide an evidence-based tool to help service members meet military weight standards and maintain readiness.
