First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered orientation program (AINurse) can improve outcomes for ICU patients compared to standard orientation by a human nurse. Ten adult ICU patients will receive either AI or nurse-led orientation twice daily for three days. Researchers will measure delirium-free days, anxiety and depression levels, and length of ICU stay to see which approach works better.
