Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) therapist powered by artificial intelligence (AI) can help reduce symptoms of depression. The researchers will enroll 60 young adults with mild to severe depressive symptoms. Participants will either receive a single session of VR-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or be placed on a waitlist. The goal is to see if this digital approach can make therapy more accessible and engaging.
