AI steps into the ICU: can a computer help doctors set ventilators?

Summary
This study is testing a new AI-based decision support system called IntelliLung. It aims to see how often doctors' ventilator settings match the recommendations made by the AI system. The study will observe over 500 adult patients in intensive care who are on breathing machines.
