First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether training with an AI-powered smart electric vehicle can safely improve walking and reduce falls in people with Parkinson's disease or dementia. About 120 participants aged 50-85 who can walk but have unsteady gait will use the vehicle for gait training. The main goal is to see if walking speed improves, with secondary checks on balance, confidence, and fall rates.
