Summary
This study will test if an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered electric toothbrush, paired with picture-based teaching materials, can improve oral hygiene in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Fifty children aged 5 to 13 will be randomly assigned to use either a manual toothbrush with visual guides or the AI toothbrush with a smartphone app. Researchers will measure plaque levels, gum health, and how well children stick to the routine.
