Summary
This study is testing whether a computer program (AI dashboard) can help doctors and nurses during labor. It aims to see if using the AI tool is as good as standard care at avoiding unplanned C-sections for first-time mothers. The tool provides continuous risk estimates, and researchers will also check if it leads to better health outcomes for mothers and babies.
