AI steps into the clinic: can a chatbot help doctors treat heart failure?
NCT ID NCT07337577
Summary
This study is testing whether messages generated by an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can help heart doctors better follow established treatment guidelines for their patients. The AI will review a patient's medical records and send a brief, private message to their cardiologist before a visit, suggesting possible medication adjustments. The goal is to see if these AI suggestions safely lead to more patients getting the right heart failure medications at the right doses.
